The
last newsletter was two months ago. It would seem that I took “slow productivity” a bit too literally. In fact, these past two months have been near zero productivity.
Typically, this time of the year has always been slow for me. I get into a slump, which takes a little while to get over. This year, it hit me a bit more than expected. I’ve done little to no planning. I abandoned all writing projects. I stopped listening to podcasts, and I did nothing more than work my day job, edit for
Productivity Lab, and watch TV. My sleep even suffered.
However, I feel my strength in the productivity force growing again. Its faint embers grow with each sticky note moved on my priority board and with each Trello card closed.
Here’s to the productivity flame being reignited … hopefully.
